I have always known that i LOVE colour! i constantly accesorise or dress with colour, and it generally makes me happy!
But what i am suprised by of late is the fact that my heart actually skips a beat when i see a gorgeous colourful editorial!! I LOVE the way colour is being done right now! colour blocking included!
dont get me wrong an all black ensemble will NEVER go out of style.. but i think it takes talent to pull off some of these coloured numbers and styles i am coming across and i get REALLY excited when it is done well!!!

I find myself completely and utterly mesmerised, obsessed and possessed by beauty. For some reason my mind can’t fathom how something so subjective can have such a strong hold over people, and not just a few people here and there, entire societies!
I challenge myself to find beauty in everything, and to recognise beauty in it’s less conventional (to me) forms. My face may not be the shape i like, or my eyes may not be as big as i wish they where, my skin might not glow how i desire, but i am me, and you are you. And the fact that we are all made up of the same organs, and systems yet are so completely different is so beyond amazing, it is incredibly pure, and raw and precious.
You are precious.
I feel sometimes in my life that people idolise other people and tell themselves they are less than someone else, or better than someone else even, i think that only you have the right to decide that, and if you sell yourself short you are a fool. Because no-one is you, you are the only you, and that has to count for something…
If you aren’t the best at anything, like me.. be the best at being you! no-one can beat you at that :)
